Our Team

Established in 2004 Joshila Desai Inc is a young dynamic, niche law firm. Our core focus remains outstanding, personalised customer service, high quality output and the maintenance of an affordable fee structure.

Joshila Desai Inc. specialises in the diverse aspects of Property Law. We also attend to the administration of deceased estates, personal injury, contracts and have a growing medical malpractice department.

We strive to maintain the highest level of professionalism and comply at all times with the high ethical standards that the profession and the Law Society demands.

Our Services

We go to great lengths to ensure that our clients are personally attended to and our management has a very “hands-on” approach. CONVEYANCING

Most simply defined, Conveyancing is a process whereby immovable property is transferred from one person or company to another

ANTENUPTIAL CONTRACTS

When wrapped up in the excitement of planning a beautiful wedding and the future together, it is safe to assume that legal matters such as a marriage contract will not exactly be your top priority

DRAFTING OF CONTRACTS

Agreements can be concluded orally resulting in your rights not being protected in the event of a dispute arising.

MEDIATION

Mediation as a concept is not a new one. It has been utilized extensively in both pre- and post-apartheid South Africa and featured prevalently in both the political and labour law spheres during the struggle.
